Beginners Candle Making Workshop (various dates, from 6pm)

A great opportunity to get together with friends and learn the basics of candle making. 

The evening will include an opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes at The Artibus Yard when it comes to all things candles. 

You will make your own jar candle which will begin to set within 30mins - 1hr (depending on how warm the weather is). You are most welcome to take your candle with you that evening or it can be collected the following day.

A great evening for a get together with friends, meeting new people or even as a birthday or hen party!

There will be a selection of scents available on the event to choose from. 

Suitable for beginners, recommended age 16+

Price per person: £35.00

Start time: 6pm, approximately lasting 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking you can do this up to 7 days before the start date.

If your cancellation is within 7 days of the start of your workshop I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund or a date transfer.

We have a minimum number of 4 people per class, if we don’t have enough people to run the workshop we will be in touch to offer an alternative date or a full refund. We will try our best to give as much notice as possible.

Really enjoyed experience of making own candles

Such a great evening!

Myself & 4 friends booked the candle making class & we had such a great evening!
Sam was so warm, welcoming & informative & we got more out of the evening than we ever thought we would.
The whole candle making process was explained in a fun format & the evening flowed lovely.
I would highly recommend, 10/10

A lovely evening candle making

My daughter and I enjoyed the whole experience.
Sam gave us all a warm welcome with a gorgeous display of fresh fruit and a glass of Prosecco while we said hello to other guests.It was very interesting listening to Sam share her knowledge and enthusiasm for something she loves .She took great care in making it really enjoyable and easy for us to choose our preferred scent and making our own candles.
Would recommend this as a lovely way to spend an evening-to anyone who appreciates having candles in the home or as an idea for making a thoughtful gift.

Wonderful evening

Samantha runs a brilliant workshop where the process of candle making is explained with warmth and anecdote.
Great to make our own candles . It was a small group which made it more intimate and fun.
If you get the chance and are looking for a different night out, this is a fantastic opportunity. Thanks Sam

My daughter and I had a lovely evening at a candle making workshop. Really relaxing with lovely nibbles and some bubbles. Can highly recommend .
