WORKSHOPS & EVENTS POLICY

We’re so excited to welcome you to The Artibus Yard for one of our workshops. Please read the following before booking.

BOOKING

- Full payment is required at the time of booking  
- Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received  
- Workshop spaces are limited and booked on a first-come basis

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the preparation involved, our workshops are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend:

- You may transfer your booking to another person (please notify us in advance)  
- In some cases, we may offer to move your booking to another date with sufficient notice (this is at our discretion)

BY US

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if necessary (for example, due to illness or low attendance).

If this happens, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or  
- A place on an alternative date

ARRIVAL

- Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most from your experience  
- Late arrivals may not be able to join once the workshop has started

HEALTH & SAFETY

Workshops may involve hot materials, fragrance oils, or equipment.

By attending, you acknowledge:
- You will follow all safety instructions provided  
- You participate at your own risk  

If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.

Our workshops are designed to be relaxed, creative, and enjoyable. We kindly ask all attendees to be respectful of others and the space.
