Hi, I’m Sam - the maker behind the candles.

My journey started back in 2017, in my kitchen at home, experimenting with wax, wicks, and scents while raising my three boys. What began as a small creative outlet quickly became something I truly loved. Candle making gave me the chance to express my style and create something meaningful from scratch.

In 2018, I began trading at local markets while working full time, testing my products and building confidence in what I was creating. Those early days were all about learning - refining scents, trying different materials, and understanding what people connected with.

By 2019, I took a leap and opened my first retail space, just before Covid. Originally, the shop was a curated craft space, but over time, the candles naturally became the heart of it and eventually, the entire focus. That’s when I stepped fully into candle making as my full-time path.

Today, all of my candles are still hand-poured by me in small batches from my studio workshop. I love the process just as much as when I started - especially developing new scents and seeing how they come together.

One of the most special parts of my work is creating “town scent's” I’ve always believed that scent is deeply tied to memory - it can instantly transport you to a place, a moment, or a feeling. Inspired by places like Kenilworth and beyond, I design fragrances that capture the essence of a town, allowing you to relive experiences or discover somewhere new through scent.

Before all of this, I studied equestrian at college and spent time within the farming and equestrian world, which took me to events and sparked my love for lifestyle, atmosphere, and community - something that still influences my brand today.
