RETURNS

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition  
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

- Used candles or home fragrance products  
- Opened items (for hygiene and safety reasons)  
- Custom or personalised items

- Jewellery

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number  
- Photos of the item and packaging  

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days  
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

RETURN SHIPPING

- Customers are responsible for return postage costs  
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
