ORDERS

How do I know if my order has been placed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@theartibusyard.com.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 1–4 working days depending on the service selected.

Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes - tracked delivery options are available at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my order?
Yes - you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

What items can’t be returned?
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened candles or fragrance products - Jewellery - Custom or personalised items

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Why might my product look slightly different?
All of our products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour or finish are completely normal.

Are your products safe to use?
Yes - all products are made with care and tested for safe use. Please always follow the care instructions provided.

WORKSHOPS

How do I book a workshop?
You can book directly through our website. Full payment is required to secure your place.

Are workshop bookings refundable?
Workshops are non-refundable due to preparation and limited spaces. However, you may transfer your place to someone else if needed.

What should I expect from a workshop?
Our workshops are relaxed, creative sessions where you’ll be guided through making your own products to take home.

Do I need any experience?
No experience is needed - our workshops are designed for beginners and those looking to try something new.

What should I bring?
Everything you need will be provided. Just bring yourself and enjoy the experience.
